Trump (and I suspect Vance by extension) aren't going to just run their mouth given this track record. This is an issue that Trump is taking very seriously which is why he declared a state of emergency in order to get the wall built. He has easily been the toughest candidate on immigration since at least the Kennedy if not the Eisenhower years.
