Okay I'll give you an example. I've met people on the political left who claim that you can't be racist against white people since racism is based on power. I've also met people on the political left who believe that society allowing inequalities of outcome to exist is racist since the only reason why inequalities would exist is because of racism.

It is a consensus view on the political right meanwhile that inequalities in outcome don't automatically equal racism, and that freedom of choice will naturally produce divergent outcomes. People on the political right correctly refute the far-lefts position that racism has nothing to do with power and that anybody can be racist regardless of if they have power or if they lack it.

There is also a disagreement as to if white privilege is a racist term. People on the left think it isn't, people on the right tend to think it is.

Different worldviews produce different conceptions of what is racist and what is not.
